Today!What's up? Everybody do the ladder drill. Start off with one kick, pause then two more kicks, than three more kicks, going all the way up to 20 and back down. Lets see if you can do this twice..
Make sure you warm up at the beginning for 5-10 minutes and stretch for 5-10 minutes at the end..
