COVID-19 Risk Mitigation
Classes will be limited to 13 students plus Master Higdon & Instructor Glenda
Students will maintain physical distancing of at least 2 metres from others, unless they are from the same household.
All Student locations will be designated by an orange cone. These cones will be removed after every class and replaced by new disinfected cones prior to start of next class.
The cones will be spaced out more than 2 metres in a straight line so nobody is in front of or behind another student. Students will be required to stay at their cone for duration of class.
Water may be brought to class but must remain by the student at all times.
We will also physically distance from other groups that may be using the field.
After class, students will be required to maintain physical distancing when returning to vehicles.
We will be utilizing the green space behind the dojang.
Please note: Washrooms facilities will not be available. Any student who is required to use the washroom will have to return with a parent. The building we are located in is closed for normal business activities until Stage 3.
There will be a sanitizer station set up at the location.
Parents must maintain a safe distance from the classes. We will instill a 20 feet minimum area from the class. All parents must maintain 2 meters from any other parent not from the same household.
In the event, that AHS decides to revert any lifted restrictions, we will honour this and cease operation of Outdoor Classes
All Classes will be Non-Contact
No Uniforms or Belts for Outdoor Classes
The only equipment that will be utilized is the cones for markings.
