Monday Lesson Plan /Workout
Hey Everybody,
We hope you had a great Easter weekend!
It's Monday so its TKD day! Here is today's workout for you..
Warmup:
Starting at your head and working all the way down to you ankles. Do small circles of each joint for 30 seconds...neck circles, shoulder shugs, arm rotations...., you get the idea
Workout:
20 Knees up
20 Front Kicks
20 Jumping Jacks
20 Roundhouse Kicks
20 Pushups
20 Back Kicks
20 Burpees (not sure here is a video)
Stretching:
Really working on getting into side splits and front splits.. rotating between both:
30 sec front split
30 sec rest
30 sec side split
30 sec rest
Repeat this for 10 minutes
