Today we want you to work on FOOTWORK. Footwork is so important in sparring, self defense and even poomsae. It helps develop your balance and coordination.
Please review the videos if you are unsure what the techniques looks like.
Do all of the following for 2 minutes and making sure to start off with the opposite foot in front after 1 minute. Rest in between each drill.
1.Bounding/Bouncing in place.
3. Bounce 3 times and switch
4. Forward Shuffle/Backward Shuffle
5. Forward Shuffle/Switch/Backward Shuffle
6. Running Step
8. Pulling Step/Running Step
