Busy building Belt test packages for candidates to get out tonight but we wanted to make sure for those that were not testing that we had a lesson plan for!


Plyometrics can be described as drills or exercises that are aimed at linking strength and speed of movement to produce an explosive-reactive type of movement often referred to as power.



If you feel comfortable with the number of sets, try doubling the sets!
