FRIDAY WORKOUT April 17th

Today is Friday so here is our workout for today.

It is called an EMOM(Every Minute on the Minute) workout. That means you do the excercise at the start of every minute. Do the exercise as many times as you can for 40 secs and then then take a 20 sec rest. At the start of the next minute you do the next exercise...etc...

Takes 7 minutes to complete the set!

2 Sets-Awesome

4 Sets- Killing it

6 Sets- BEAST MODE!
