  • CNL Stage 1 (Qualify for CNL Stage 2, and from there to WNL finals)
  • AGE CATEGORIES: age category.: 6–8, 9–10, 11–12,13–14, Masters, 15–17, Amateur, Professionals

Age Category is determined by the Athlete’s age as of January 1, 2023...  6–8, 9–10, 11–12,13–14, Masters, 15–17, Amateur, Professionals

Example 1:Your age on January 1, 2023, is 11 years old, you would compete in the 11-12 

  • Top 5 Athletes or Top 50% Qualify for CNL Stage 2 
  • Each course will have up to 10-15  obstacles to test your upper body, lower body, and balance.
  • Athletes can use one retry on any failed obstacle. However, if you complete all the obstacles without a retry, a bonus point is granted.
  • Your score for each course is determined by points gained and time to finish the run.
  • Points are the highest priority when determining your final score with time being the second priority.
  • If your time runs out before completing the final obstacle, your final time is reverted to the time at the last obstacle you completed or failed.
  • More points with faster times move you up the leaderboard.

  • For the CNL competition, athletes must have a NinjaWorks ID and must have purchased a CNL season 4 membership prior to registering for the competition. Athletes who register for the CNL competition without having a CNL season 4 membership will not be eligible for qualification to future CNL Stage 2 competitions.

The courses are going to be big!!! Here are the steps to make sure you are ready for our Canadian Ninja League Stage 1 event..

Step #2 Join the CNL...this is a requirement to qualify for Stage 2 and the Canadian Nationals..cost is 35.00 per year...
